Hunter’s Ridge is a 5,000+ acre mixed use planned community located in Ormond Beach, Florida. It is an approved Development of Regional Impact with an authorized state and local entitlement of over 4,000 homes, 600,000 square feet of commercial/office/industrial space, and 2,300 acres of pristine preservation land.

The community spans both Volusia and Flagler Counties with more than 700 homes already built.

The developed portion of Hunter’s Ridge is in Volusia County and the remaining acreage is in Flagler County, Florida.

The remaining area available for development totals approximately 3,500 acres. A breakdown of the acreage is as follows:

- ±1,200 usable acres

- ±2,300 preservation acres

Approximately 2,300 acres of preservation land are available to fully mitigate ALL of the environmental impacts (local, state and federal permitting) anticipated by the current Master Plan. This internal asset completely eliminates any requirement to obtain “offsite” mitigation credits.

The preservation area is also being developed by Flagler County into a regionally significant park with equestrian, bicycle, and pedestrian trails and other passive (e.g. camping, canoeing, bird watching, etc.) activities envisioned.
